Our first ever 100% Pommard and our 3rd year working with Presqu’ile Vineyard in Orcutt, CA. Handled with care, this broody clone is full of depth and was nurtured into something elegant, without losing its powerful identity. Santa Maria Valley shines beautifully throughout this wine. Dried strawberries, fresh blackberries, and citrus flowers with white pepper and medium body, finishing with slight salinity and miles of elegance. Full of depth and silky tannins on the finish. A remarkable single vineyard, single clone reserve wine

Eat with oak grilled tri-tip, quail or duck breast. Roasted shiitake and portobellos. Musubi and crunchy salmon skin roll.
