This balanced blend of Grenache and Syrah features a small percentage of Pinot Noir to round out the back.  Soft tannins roll out while fruit breaks through and finishes on a clean palate.  Crisp red apples studded with sprigs of lavender and a hint of rosemary.  Think of crashing your bike as a kid, and rolling to a stop to realize your mouth is full of dust.  You have a warm Coke in your backpack to rinse out your mouth and wash off your cuts.  It’s just like that, but even better.
